अर्थ:
IPC में जहाँ किसी शब्द का प्रयोग किया गया है, उसके सभी रूप (singular/plural, masculine/feminine) उसी अर्थ में लिए जाएंगे।
उदाहरण:
अगर “man” शब्द है तो उसमें “woman” भी शामिल है,
अगर “person” लिखा है तो उसमें “persons” भी शामिल हैं।
