7 वर्ष से कम उम्र का बच्चा अगर कोई कार्य करता है,
तो वह अपराध नहीं माना जाएगा।
कारण:
कानून मानता है कि इतनी उम्र में बच्चे को सही-गलत की समझ नहीं होती।
