“Special Law” का अर्थ है — ऐसा कानून जो किसी विशेष विषय या वर्ग के लिए बनाया गया हो।
उदाहरण:
भारतीय सेना अधिनियम (Army Act)
भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम (Prevention of Corruption Act)
ये दोनों “Special Law” हैं।
