अगर कोई व्यक्ति किसी बड़े नुकसान को रोकने के लिए जानबूझकर छोटा नुकसान कर दे, बिना किसी अपराधी इरादे के, तो यह अपराध नहीं कहलाएगा।
🔹 उदाहरण:
किसी घर में आग लगी है — व्यक्ति दीवार तोड़कर किसी को बचाता है। यह अपराध नहीं है।
