Item: IPC धारा 109 – उकसाने पर सज़ा (Punishment of abetment)
यदि उकसाने से अपराध हो जाता है,
तो उकसाने वाले को उसी अपराध की सज़ा मिलेगी
जो अपराधी को मिलती है —
अगर IPC की किसी धारा में अलग से प्रावधान न हो।
