Item: IPC धारा 118 – किसी अपराध को छुपाना (Concealing design to commit an offence punishable with death or life imprisonment)
यदि कोई व्यक्ति किसी गंभीर अपराध (मृत्यु/आजीवन कारावास) की योजना जानता है
और उसे छुपाता है —
तो वह भी सज़ा का हकदार है।
सज़ा:
🔹 अपराध न होने पर — 3 साल तक + जुर्माना
🔹 अपराध होने पर — 7 साल तक + जुर्माना
